Position : Sit comfortably. Keep the head, neck, and back in a straight line. Relax the shoulders and put the hands in a comfortable position.
Procedure :
1.
Close the eyes and focus on breathing
2.
Slowly inhale deep down in the belly to the count of four .
3.
Pause for two counts and then breath out slowly until the count of four.
4.
Repeat until relaxed.
