Shoulder exercise


Stand straight up and raise both arms straight out in front of the body (at shoulder level). Then, try to pull gradually with the right arm. Follow the same procedure on the left side.

Sit straight up and extend both arms above the head with fingers pointing at the ceiling. Then, try to reach gradually as far as possible with the right arm. Follow the same procedure on the left side.

Shoulder exercise

Stand up straight and raise the left arm over the head. Bend it at the elbow so that the left hand is over the head. Hold and push the left arm as far as possible with the right hand. Repeat this exercise on the other side.

Shoulder/back exercise

Bend the elbows at 90- degrees and keep the elbows/upper arms close together in the middle of the chest. Slowly move the arms outward, maintaining the elbows bent throughout the movement. Stop when the upper arms are straight out in front. Hold this position for a moment, then slowly return to the start position



Bring one hand behind the back, going over the shoulder, and across to the opposite side. Take the other hand behind the back. Try to grasp the hands.
